Channel Management Services

PACKAGE 1

Package Ideal for:

Property Owner who has listing on 1 booking platform, i.e. Airbnb and wish to branch out to other booking platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, VRBO/HomeAway/Stayz, TripAdvisor, etc.) PLUS channel manager setup

​

• Connection to 1 booking platform

• Create owner profile on selected booking platform, and maintain profile for accuracy and to ensure profile is up-to-date with booking platforms' terms and conditions 

• Link booking platform to channel manager for distribution of holiday rental availability, and rates

• Arrange introduction/tutorial of channel manager for client 

• FULLY BOOKED Airbnb Consulting handover of management of services to client

NOTE:

FULLY BOOKED Airbnb Consulting will complete the initial channel manager setup, then handover the process to the Property Owner who will assume responsibility of the management of all bookings.

Website Services

Ideal for Property Owner who wants a new website created for their holiday rental.

• Website creation – 5 pages only

• Obtain domain name/URL, and arrange website hosting

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• FULLY BOOKED Airbnb Consulting handover of website to client

• Booking engine to enable direct bookings (requires third party subscription)

• Setup booking calendar 

• Link booking engine to PayPal/Stripe (if wanting to accept online payments on website)

Airbnb Listing Setup OR Optimisation of Existing Listing

​This will include:

• Creating and catapulting your listing to the top of the search page by incorporating well-researched keywords, tailored to your target audience.

• Writing of an enticing description and up to 20 photo captions with an appropriate tone of voice to capture your reader's interest.

• Providing price & amenity recommendations based on an in-depth competitor analysis as well as real time data to optimise your conversion rate.

• Personalised pre-check in and post-check out email templates, designed to boost 5-star ratings!

• Booking platforms recommendations.

• General suggestions and advice, including host profile description suggestions.

• Service provided by Coastal Luxe Property Hosting, our holiday management partner.

• Create owner profile on selected booking platform, and maintain profile for accuracy and to ensure profile is up-to-date with booking platforms terms and conditions 

• Link booking platform to channel manager for distribution of holiday rental availability, and rates

• Arrange introduction/tutorial of channel manager for client

• Create website including website booking engine (requires third party subscription) to enable direct bookings – 5 pages only

• Obtain domain name, and arrange website hosting

• Create professional email address

• Google My Business/Maps/Search setup

• Setup booking calendar

• Review of the Airbnb property/properties including recommendation and strategies to make your listing (s) stand out, particularly in relation to photos, descriptions, and guest reviews

• Booking platforms recommendations.

• General suggestions and advice.

• Owner implements recommendations, and advice provided by Coastal Luxe Property Hosting, our holiday management partner.

Airbnb Holiday Management

Ideal for property owner who wishes to have every aspect of their holiday rental property fully managed or partially managed.
