What do we do? In a nutshell - we help holiday rental owners get their places listed on major booking platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.

Manage your channel manager connection

After your holiday rental is connected to a channel manager, there is the option to have FULLY BOOKED AIRBNB CONSULTING manage the process thereafter or you can take control of its management, if you wish. You will be provided with an introduction/tutorial, if you do. It all depends on how hands-on you wish to be!

What is a Channel Manager?

A channel manager is a software tool that will allow you to sell your holiday rental availability on all your connected online booking sites at the same time, including Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc and your direct booking channel (i.e. your website).

It also eliminates logistical issues, such as overbooking your property.

If you want to be seamlessly listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor but don’t want to manage dozens of independent listings you’ll need to be using a channel manager.

How does a channel manager work?

In simple terms, a channel manager will update, in real-time, your property’s distribution data across all your connected channels. Each time you update your central calendar or change a nightly rate in your channel management dashboard, it will be automatically updated on all your connected booking websites. And when you receive a new booking from an OTA, it will show up in your channel manager, and your property’s availability will be closed automatically across all distribution channels. The same happens with a cancellation.

What are the benefits of using a channel manager?

Using a channel manager improves your online exposure resulting in higher occupancy and rates, which impacts your bottom line -- increased profits.

It also removes the risk of double bookings and mitigates cancellations.

Lastly, you can communicate with your guests, no matter where they booked from.
